Barton Springs Pool & Zilker Park- right next to each other. Sand volleyball courts at Zilker, and also a lot of puppies.
Auditorium Shores Dog Park- continue on the Zilker hike and bike trail if you want to play with even more puppies
SUP ATX- Stand up paddle boarding on Austin high side of trail
Mt. Bonnell- Really good view of Austin’s countryside
South Congress- Vintage, thrift and random stores, a bunch of food and food trucks for a bite to eat. Gueros is good. Homeslice, Hopdoddy for more grease.
Peter Pan Mini Golf- old mini golf spot of Austin, cute, fun and cheap
Alamo Drafthouse- movie theatre with dinner!! and a full drink menu!!
Violet Crown- similar to Alamo Drafthouse but has more “smaller” films that wouldn’t be in chain movie theatres
Domain- shopping, food, everything you probably could think of! It’s like a mini city. Also some really swanky night clubs and dinner spots.
CRAFT- $10 bucks for an hour of arts and crafts. 4260 East Cesar Chavez St. IN THE BACK!!!

Hideout theatre- 9pm on weekend they do improv ensembles that you can go watch. Normally pretty funny or cringey.
Ester’s Follies- one of Austin’s best comedy clubs, a little on the pricey side ($25) but totally worth it. Also right on east (dirty) sixth street ;)
Rainey Street- “House Style” bars, really fun!! 21+
